1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the Aurelia Atelier website (“Site”) and making any purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.
   
2. Modifications
   Aurelia Atelier may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of such updates.
   
3. Use of the Site
   Access is granted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access at any time. You are responsible for all activities performed while navigating this site.
   
4. Intellectual Property
   All content on the Site—text, images, design renderings—is owned or licensed by Aurelia Atelier, LLC and protected by copyright. You may print or download one copy for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
   
5. Pricing, Orders & Payment
   Prices shown are final at order confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for orders not yet placed. Full payment is required at order placement unless otherwise agreed. All jewelry is handcrafted and custom-made, with an average production lead time of 3–6 weeks.
   
6. Shipping & Delivery
   For safety and security, we ship to US addresses only and to the address provided at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays or force majeure (events beyond our control). In case of non-delivery, we will coordinate with the carrier to reschedule when possible. An adult signature is required for all shipments.
   
7. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom jewelry is non-returnable and non refundable. If there’s a genuine issue (e.g. incorrect material or sizing ordered by mistake), we will work with you directly to resolve or remake the piece.
   
8. Limitation of Liability
   The Site and services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Site or products. If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site or seek fine jewelry care guidance from Aurelia Atelier.
   
9. Third‑Party Links
   Our Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any product or service offered independently by those sites.
   
10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
